Citizens United and Citizens United Foundation join amicus brief in support of the 2nd Amendment:

"Citizens United and Citizens United Foundation joined forces with other conservatives in urging the U.S. Supreme Court to review and overturn a recent decision by the 4th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, which held that civilian possession of certain semi-automatic firearms, such as the popular AR-15, is not protected by the 2nd Amendment. The brief urges the Justices to 'reign in the lower courts' with legal guidance enforcing the 2nd Amendment as a right of equal magnitude with other constitutional rights."
